We are Yoni and Bram Slabbers-Simons, and own Wolf & Schaf Apartments since April 2020. We have two sons, Jelte (2017), Noah (2019) and one daughter, Maren (2023). We are every day in the apartment building, always reachable for any questions and as we live nearby, we can offer on demand support on location.

Yet, also for outdoor sports enthusiasts this is the place to be. For activities, ranging from walking, bike riding, hiking, mountaineering, all terrain cycling, and all possible water sports. Even the most adventurous amongst us find Wolf & Schaf Apartments the perfect central hub. We can help you select the best hikes, trails and activities.

The apartments are placed in a tranquil setting, only a two-minute walk from Lake Wolfgang shore and the public beach. The apartments are about 12 minutes walking from the beautiful centre of historic St. Wolfgang, with its many restaurants, shops and famous sights. It only takes 5 minutes by foot to the tourist boat stop, harbor and rail station of the attractive cogwheel railway to the top of Schafberg Mountain (1783m).
The Emperor City (Kaiserstadt) Bad Ischl, with its majestic buildings, shops, restaurants, riverside parks, thermal spa and mountain cable ride is a twenty-minute drive. It still has imperial flair. You can visit Emperor Franz Josef’s and princess Sisi’s beautiful summer palace and its parks.
The largest alpine Alm meadow of Austria, skiresort Postalm, is also a twenty-minute drive. Skiresort Feuerkogel, and the lakes Mondsee, Attersee and Traunsee take thirty minutes. The Mozart city of Salzburg is a 45-minute drive. Unesco world heritage town Hallstatt, Lakes Gosau, Skiresort Dachstein West and Lake Aussee are also a 45-minutes’ drive. Every drive in this area is scenic; around each curve, majestic views will take your breath!
