The apartment with 53 sqm (570 sq ft) is way bigger than average. You will find a separate bedroom, large lounge, well equipped kitchen, and separate bath. I will provide you with all the comfort needed on city travels. Attention to detail and design accents will make your stay most pleasant. I am especially proud of the good technical equipment. In Vienna - the capital of music - you might enjoy the small Bose Soundtouch to stream any radio station or your own music. Both huge Samsung Smart TVs will make you happy, especially combined with the perfect WiFi connection. Sustainability is important to me. In the bathroom you will find all amenities you need. I only use products produced in an environmentally sustainable way. I am sure you will feel very comfortable while staying at my apartment. I wish you a great time in Vienna!

The apartment is separated to the Belvedere Palace by the Botanical Garden. The diplomat quarter is just around the corner. Rennweg station will provide you excellent services to al places inside Vienna, including the airport and central station. In Fasangasse you will find a Post office, banks, and groceries.
