Our property has a history of more than 130 years, which is reflected in its unique architecture. Due to the building’s structure, our hotel is unfortunately not fully accessible. Access for wheelchair users is limited, as some areas can only be reached via stairs and there is no continuous step-free access throughout the property.

We want all our guests to feel comfortable. If you have any questions about accessibility or specific needs, please do not hesitate to contact our team — we will be happy to provide information and assistance.

Guests arriving with children are asked to inform Grand Hotel Zell Am See about the exact number of children and the children's age. Guests are also asked to check the policies for children's extra bed and cot prices.
