The villa in Salzburg
Villa Salzburg is a grand building in the elegant Riedenburg district. The villa is just a 10 minute walk from Salzburg’s famous historic city centre where you’ll find the Salzburg Festspielhaus (Festival Hall) and many other cultural sights and attractions. It’s also easy to reach the other areas of the city in comfort via a short bus journey.
Tradition meets design
The villa was built in 1893 and has a long history. In 2015, the villa was completely renovated and expanded. At this time, a modern staircase with a glass front was added between the historic section and the new building. The holiday apartments also beautifully combine the historic architecture with modern and elegant design elements. The result is exclusive and luxurious designer apartments that offer an exceptional living environment.
Rooftop terrace with a view
Guests are welcome to use our partially landscaped, 70 m² rooftop terrace. The terrace offers views of Mönchsberg Mountain and the villas in the Riedenburg district. The rooftop terrace is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture, relaxing loungers and romantic lighting for wonderful evenings to end your day.
Please note that there is no reception. Please provide your emailadress in the booking process, as you will receive a text message from the property several days before arrival containing a door pin code for the apartment door.
Cleaning during the stay is available on request and at an additional cost.
Please note that smoking is only allowed on the balconies and terraces.
