Exclusive holiday apartment with infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass on the ground floor of a residential building. It includes a large garden with barbecue facilities, a private garage, and parking spaces. A supermarket is about a 3-minute walk away, and the cycling path passes very close by. In winter, the ski area at Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. About a 10-minute walk away, there is the option to end the day culinary-style at the Wellness Hotel Rettenberg. The traditional inn Steixner with hearty cuisine is also very nearby.
