This modern attic apartment (ideal for couples, small families or singles) offers plenty of space. The apartment is ideal for up to 3 adults. The house is occupied by 2 other parties, the staircase is shared. Free parking in front of the house possible. The apartment with a view of the city leaves nothing to be desired! It is divided into a central living room with terrace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, anteroom with wardrobe and bathroom with shower and bathtub. The living area has a stereo system and smart satellite TV 45". Fast WiFi (80Mbit/s) and central heating are of course available. The terrace is equipped with chairs, table, sun lounger and umbrella. For the hot weeks there is a large fan for the interior.
The fully equipped kitchen offers a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee and Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, egg cooker... The bedrooms, which can be completely darkened, each have a comfortable double bed (140x200cm) and sufficient possibilities for storing clothes. Fresh bed linen and towels are plentifully provided.
Independent check-in / check-out is possible with a key box.
Bicycles you have brought with you can be safely parked in the garden.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area consisting mainly of 1-2 family houses, 2 other families with children live in the house. The staircase is shared. Supermarkets (Spar, Penny, Billa, tobacconist, etc.), a pizzeria and a Chinese restaurant are in the immediate vicinity, about a 3-5 minute walk. The Grazer Kunstgarten with culture and beer garden can also be reached in 3 minutes on foot.
The nearest bus stop (line 39 in the direction of Universität / Wirtschaftskammer) is about 50 meters away. The travel time to the center (Jakominiplatz) is about 10 minutes without changing trains. Jakominiplatz is THE main hub for public transport. The old town can be reached from there in 5 minutes on foot. The taxi costs to the center of the old town (main square) are about 15Eur
