Duex Chalets Bad Kleinkirchheim Ski-in & Ski-out Chalet for 6-8 guests  Built towards the end of 2022, Maibrun chalet is a 200m2 luxury ski chalet located right next to the Maibrun ski slope, you can start skiing right away. No car or ski-bus travel time, no detours, and no annoying ski-lifts. Ground floor; 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sauna; The ground floor area features two double bedrooms with a direct access to terraces with a valley view and a bunk beds bedroom . All bedrooms have its own luxury equipped en suite bathroom. There is also a Finnish sauna in this floor for the guests use. First floor;  living / cooking area with a large terrace; Upstairs is a very large, double high ceiling, living area with wonderfully exposed logs and an open fireplace. The whole floor is surrounded by a large terrace with a town view. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area. The heated ski room is accessible directly from outside and a guests toilet is also located on the same floor.  Attic floor; PlayStation room; The attic has a cosy sofa area, which can also serve as an extra bed for up to two people or a place for kids playing Playstation.
