Quietly situated 2 km from the village of Fliess and 3 km from the town of Landeck and the Venet Ski Resort, Boutique Apartment Sonnnehang features a garden with a terrace and barbecue facilities, and offers free Wi-Fi. All units come with a balcony or a terrace and have panoramic views over the valley and the mountains. A living room with a sofa and satellite TV, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom, is comprised in each apartment. Doris Stadler and Albert Ehrenreich have realized their dream of a small house with apartments and holiday apartments in Fliess near the city of Landeck and Zams on a sunny slope in the Tyrolean mountains.

Property information

Our small boutique apartment has only 5 apartments with a total of 18 beds and is therefore very private. Each apartment has its own undisturbed terrace. As an employee you only meet family members and our neighbor and friend Christa. The house is surrounded by meadows and isolated houses far away from mass tourism. A culinary breakfast is offered which our friends, the Schütz family of farmers, stock. It is possible to order our popular Hut Essen in the apartment or to order Italian dishes from the neighboring town of Landeck via delivery service. Premium - Private - Living We stand for that.
