Welcome to the apartment “Maria Theresia”! Our 3-Room-Apartment (abou70m2) is located on a raised ground floor and offers room for up to 4 people. Situated right at the foot of the Ruckerlberg, it is in one of the best living areas of Graz. Especially with its proximity to the city centre and quiet neighbourhood, this apartment is guaranteed to offer you a comfortable stay. Due to the south-western orientation all rooms are sun-lit all day long. There is a spacious living/dining room area with a balcony to have breakfast on or just relax in the sunshine, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a toilet as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a parking space for one car right next to the house, which can be used free of charge. With the recent restaurations of the apartment we tried to create a cozy atmosphere with antique furniture and objects from different time periods that should ensure an unforgettable time. Be it for a holiday or a business trip to Graz, you’ll feel right at home.

It takes only 3-5 minutes on foot to reach the University Clinic of Graz and there is a direct tram and bus connection to the Karl-Franzens-University, University of Art, Technical University, Opera House, Main Square and train station, without having to change lines. There is an ATM, shopping opportunities, bakery and three restaurants are just as close to the apartment. Only a couple more minutes and you are at the Leech Woods with the Hilm Pond. On a road leading to the house you can go jogging right next to the Leonhard Stream or take a bike to quickly reach the city centre. The area also offers public sports ground for badminton, tennis, street/volley/football, that you can use for free.
