This modern apartment complex comprises 13 stylish units and is located just a short walk from the center of St. Margarethen. The newly renovated apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) and was completely modernized in 2023: new flooring, a new kitchen, and a very tasteful, spacious layout. Perfect for winter sports enthusiasts – the lift to the Aineck/Katschberg ski area, as well as the ski school and ski rental shop, are practically on your doorstep. In summer, the region offers numerous hiking trails, diverse cycling routes, and the idyllic mountain lakes of the Lungau Nature Park, all reachable within 30 minutes. The apartment includes a covered parking space in the underground garage. Additionally, the owner has three outdoor parking spaces directly in front of the building, which can be used free of charge upon prior reservation and subject to availability. The spacious living room features a cozy wood-burning stove, TV, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher and oven).
