We as hosts are constantly striving to make the stay of our guests as pleasant as possible. Immediately after confirming the booking, we contact the guests by e-mail and send them all relevant information for their stay. In case of important inquiries we are of course also available by phone or personally on site. The special feature of the accommodation is that the key for the apartment is placed in a key box attached to the house wall on the day of arrival for the guests and the guest can check in and out according to his own discretion within the given check-in and check-out times. The Aparthome L.I.N.Z. has 5 rooms in total - 2 single rooms and 3 double rooms and is ideal for business travellers, but also for city holidaymakers, theatre goers and sports enthusiasts. All our apartments are lovingly and practically furnished for your stay. They have individually controlled air conditioning, which provides cooling on hot days. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and WC. The common living and dining rooms are accessible for all guests at any time. Breakfast can be taken in the dining room or on warm days in the beautiful garden on the terrace.
