The building was newly constructed in 2022 and is quietly nestled among the vineyards – a true architectural gem. The apartments in the building are owned by different individuals. Only a few are rented out to guests, which gives the property its peaceful and private character.
Please note:
This is not a hotel – but a collection of private holiday apartments. There is no reception, no daily cleaning service, and no on-site restaurant.
It’s the perfect place for guests who value independence and tranquility.
Of course, we're always available if you have any questions or concerns – just not physically on site.
