Many years ago, when the road was gravel, we arrived at Villa Mascardi, a magical place very close to Bariloche. Camping on the banks of the lake was a beautiful adventure! The contact with the place was so strong that many years later, the small green canvas tent with an orange roof became a beautiful mountain cabin. The environment keeps its energy intact, and today we open the Las Carpitas gate to share it with our visitors, with the intention of having a pleasant experience !! Between comfort and nature, relaxation and adventure, loneliness and company ... Each season paints us with its colors, the whole year is an invitation to enjoy Las Carpitas !!!

The mountain house, with all the comforts to enjoy, 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, heating, a beautiful living room with fireplace, next to a complete and modern kitchen and pantry. Integrated into the house is the gallery with the barbecue and barbecue area. A satellite LED TV and audio equipment complete the living room. The environment around the cabin is an invitation to nature! Upholstered mountains of forests and crystal clear waters populated with fish await you ....

South of the great Nahuel Huapi National Park, in the magical Villa Mascardi, at km. 2002 of Route 40, between the Andean forest, is A cypress wooden cabin in the mountains, with all the comforts to enjoy a unique natural environment. Its development in a plant makes it very accessible and comfortable, with a garden integrated to the house and a few steps from the native forest, the contact with the environment is total. From the park you can hear the waterfall of the stream, the song of a bandurria or the pounding of a woodpecker! Inside the 4 rooms with their comfortable beds provide a restful rest. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower receptacle.
