The house was carefully design and decorated by top of the line arquitects who analized the ground, the area, and placed most of the house on a first floor to get the most out of the views of the area. Wether if you like cooking, or watching a movie by the fire place, making BBQ, of just enjoying the view on the deck with a drink and good company, you will definitly feel like home. On february you can collect strawberries from our plants in the yard. Enjoy! Liliana, the house keeper lives just a few blocks aways. She will recieve you there and explain everything about the house, and then she will be off, unless you need anything from her. You can buy eggs or honey from her, as she raises chikens and has bee hives in her own yard. She is a darling.

I´m a fan of Bariloche. Ever since I was a small kid, my family used to take me there to ski, and I fell in love with the place. As I grew up I always dreamed of having a place there. When I was around 35 I could fullfill that dream, and I found the best place to design and build our house. As time goes by, I know I made the right choice, and I do not only enjoy the place in winter time, as I also enjoy the summer days in the lake with my family, we love to sail on the lakes and we are always finding some new spot to enjoy our days. My life is mostly based in Buenos Aires, but everytime I have the chance, I´ll be in Bariloche.

The neighbourhood is super safe, calmed, and residential. You can instantly feel the calm of the place, looking at the mountains and watching the birds fly by. You will be just 4 blocks away from the lake shore, and the Moreno east lake has the widest shore among all beaches around. It´s stunning. By car and only 5 minutes away you will be in Bustillo avenue, which surrounds Nahuel Huapi lake, over there you can find everything you need, from a gas station, to pharmacys, big supermarkets, local vegetable shops as well as a few nice restaurants and tea places. Everything is covered.
