It has its own private garden with swimming pool and a lot of flowers. It is part of a luxury residence just 10 minutes drive from the center of Tirana. The residence offers 24h survellance, gym, restaurants and cafes, ATMs, laundry services, running trails, etc and is set on a small hill where the air is really fresh.
