"Serenade Apartment" is located in the heart of Korça in the elite complex "Serenity Residence" completed in 2022. Serenade Apartment offers accommodation for 4 people. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dining and cooking area. The underfloor heating system powered by the Swedish Nibe chiller enables a comfortable stay even during the coldest winter months. On the -2nd floor there is a parking lot for the guests of "Serenade Apartment"
