The property is a safe place and friendly. Most of the residents are families who own the property and apartment. Also the area i monitored by caneras. In the steet also there are cameras and the area is very safe. The public transport is 3 minutes away by walking, also taxis are at the same place. The airport bus is 24 hour service and departs every one hours by starting at 00.00, 01.00, 02.00, 03.00 etc.
Is in the heart of Tirana, close to new bazzar, skenderbeg square, Toptani shopping center, parlament.
