Wonderful studio located on the 10th floor of the well-known Square 21 Residence, one of the newest residences on town, surrounded by all services and amenities you may need. The studio has great lateral city view from its wide comfortable window, from which you take some fresh air or smoke. Accommodation comprises: access via elevator to the 10th floor; entrance with a built-in wardrobe to store your belongings; full bathroom with shower over bathtub; spacious living room with flat-screen TV, queen bed, amazing light efects; open-plan kitchen in the living room with everything you will need to cook. Everything is new, modern and well placed; The studio is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi connection. Smart TV and Netflix are available.
