Away from city's hustle and bustle, Kallmi's area offers a unique setting with colourful sunsets. We offer some private rooms with familiar feeling. Rustic rooms with a modern touch. In two steps you can enjoy your shared garden and gaze at the sea under the Mediterranean sun and the starry nights. You will feel completely in tune with nature. Yoga mats, chess boards, chance to swim or sunbathe, books to read, paddle boards, cocktails and fresh seafood, even a telescope to catch the full moon.

We are a couple who have built this place from scratch in 2004 and realised a life-long dream by doing so. By hosting people from all over the world in the land of our ancestors where we built this corner of paradise we feel immense joy and happiness. Every plant and stone is put with the most care and thought behind it. This is more a home than rooms to let out for tourists.

Kallmi used to be a military area until 1991. This allowed the area to be preserved and allow nature to live freely. The coast is unique for the Adriatic sea because it is not mostly sandy like usual. After the fall of the communist regime, it opened up and we were the first to build something in it. The nice thing is that it is around 3 km from the city centre but it feels much further. The bad thing is that the road is not in great conditions but can be done with any kind of car if you drive slowly. The nature is raw and the views are breathtaking. The sun sets right in front of you because of our West orientation. At night you can view the stars easily as there is no light pollution. Also it is super quiet so you can meditate a bit :)
