Located 100 m from the beach and 3.5 km from the centre of Saranda, Franklin Rooms offers a bar, free parking and free Wi-Fi.
All rooms at Franklin Rooms are fitted with cable TV and a minibar. Private bathroom provides a shower, while the rooms offer a balcony. Some also feature views of the sea.
The nearby beach also features beach bars and sun loungers. There is a grocery shop just a couple of steps away. The centre can easily be reached by a bus. The archaeological site of Butrint is also just a short drive away.
