The property is located in the center of Tirana, in the Rruga e Bogdanëve, or the 7th floor of an residential building. It consist of 1 double bed bedroom, 1 Bathroom, toilet and a living room with the kitchen together. It is 53 square meters and has a balcony with great panoramic view facing the northern part of Tirana and also the surrounding mountains like Dajti and more. This is a building built in 2012.
I am a Tourism specialist who is passioned about hosting and welcoming guests in our country‘s capital. The apartment is located in Rruga e Bogdanëve, which is one of the streets that connect the two main entry streets of Tirana, Rruga e Kavajës and Rruga e Durrësit. Both streets are very busy and with a lot of restaurants, coffe shops, lounge bars, shops and more. After Blloku area, Rruga e Kavajë and Rruga e Durrësit are the most vibrant areas of the city.
