When we found this old olive grove, we fell in love with its silence, the wind whispering through the branches, and the shifting colors of the sea. From that moment on, we started building everything step by step, with our own hands. Every stone, every pathway, every terrace carries a piece of our story, and it’s a joy to share it with those who travel all the way here. I love welcoming guests personally, hearing their stories, and being around for a suggestion, a smile, or simply a shared coffee with a sea view. Welcome to an unspoiled corner of the Albanian coast. In Lukova, nestled within an ancient olive grove where centuries-old trees whisper softly in the wind, we’ve created a simple and rare experience: a landscape shaped into terraces of natural stone, each with its own sense of peace and privacy, connected by handmade stone steps and walls. All around us lies nothing but untouched forest—thousands of square meters of dense vegetation where the mountain meets the sea. Just a little farther on, the Ionian Sea opens up in serene silence. A hand-built path winds gently through the trees, leading you to the shore in just 5–6 minutes on foot, with the deep blue sea as your constant companion. In this wide open space, we have placed only 10 spacious, tall tents—high enough to stand comfortably inside—each with two raised beds for a restful sleep. At night, the stars appear through the branches of ancient olive trees. During the day, there is only the sound of the sea, birdsong, and time moving slowly. On a platform overlooking the sea with a 180-degree view, we serve coffee, local herbal teas, cold drinks, and homemade meals—flavors drawn from the surrounding land and prepared with care. This is our first fully open season: tents, mattresses, and everything else are brand new. The price includes both beds in the tent and breakfast. During the day, upon request, we can also provide additional meals or snacks. Bookings open on April 10, 2026.
