It is located along the main road of Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Rd. towards Sharjah, Dubai Academic City Exit (E50). The main entrance, parking entrance and exit is situated at the back of the building. Drop in / Off and Bus Stop in front of the Main Entrance. 24/7 Receptionist and Security Guard to serve the tenants. Offering a different type of rooms from 1 to 4 Beds each rooms, single, Queen and Kind size beds. Awesome and great value stay for Visitors, Travelers and Dubai Residence

Warsan 1st is close to International City, which has the best and cheapest options in Dubai for multicultural Variety cuisines, Tons of shops and restaurants, laundries, Groceries, Pharmacies... ect 8-15 min Driving to DXB Airport (all terminals 1,2 & 3), 1km Close to Dragon Mart, International City (Chinese Market), 15-18 min Driving to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, 5 minutes Driving to Mirdif City Center, Warsan Star Residence has no close access to public transportation yet, the nearest bus stop is about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance, but Taxi, Uber and Kareem are available 24/7 when ever needed.
