Guests are required to present a valid UAE ID or passport and the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in at the hotel. A credit card or a cash amount is also required to cover incidentals. For information on third-party billing, please contact the hotel prior to arrival
No soft copy of the passport or Emirates Id or GCC ID are accepted as per legal requirements.
