VAT will be introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be added on guest bill upon departure.

For pre-paid reservations: upon check-in, you must present the credit card used to make the reservation. If the credit card's owner is not the person staying at the hotel, please contact the property in advance to request a third party credit card authorisation form.

This hotel only accommodates families and married couples. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents. Bachelors are also welcome but due to security reasons they cannot have any visitors in their rooms. Visitors are also welcome, but they can visit the guests only in the lobby .

You must present a valid UAE ID or passport upon check-in.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
