Please note that for all bookings that require a deposit, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit & debit card payments. Payment is required to be made within 24 hours of booking through the SecurePay service. Bookings may be cancelled in case of non-payments.
All guests, including children, checking into the hotel must present an original passport or Emirates ID in compliance with UAE law. UAE Nationals (including children) must provide either original UAE driving license or UAE National I.D. in compliance with UAE law.
Please note that only registered guests may access the guest floors. Any visitor to your room must also be registered at the front desk and provide appropriate identification as per U.A.E. law.
An airport shuttle service is available upon request. All shuttle services are subject to availability and must be arranged at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Charges may apply depending on the reservation booked.
