1) The different gender visitors are not allowed in guest rooms, they are welcomed only at the lobby, coffee shop and public areas.

2) The same gender visitors maximum 2 persons are allowed to enter guests rooms for 2 hours only and additional charges will apply for overnight stays.

3) Generally require visitors to register at the reception, providing their identification for safety and legal compliance and subject to Dubai authorities' regulations, A valid physical ID, such as an ID or passport, is required for visitors. Soft copies are generally not accepted.

- For all bookings made on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly 15 days prior to the arrival date to arrange for third party billing, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
