Please note that as per UAE law, all guests are required to present a valid UAE Emirates ID, GCC-issued national ID or a valid passport upon check-in. Minimum check-in age is 21.

All guests are still allowed to check-in at the reception and enter the hotel room.

Kindly note that guests must be over 18 years old to access the executive lounge.

Please note the following: For all flexible and semi-flexible bookings that do not require an advance pre-payment, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit card validation and pre-authorisation of the value of the first night's stay. Validation is required to be made 14 days prior to arrival date. In the event of cancellations or no show, the card will be charged based on the cancellation policy mentioned in your booking.

For the pet-friendly, there are charges of 70 Dirhams on a daily basis and 350 Dirhams upon check out.
