Compulsory charge of AED 2,800 per adult and AED 1,400 per child (6-12 years) applies on 31st, December in addition to the room rate. This charge includes a New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner and access to the festivities. Hotel requires 100% non-refundable deposit for the entire stay including mandatory New Year’s Gala Dinner and to be collected at the time of reservation. Please note, 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and will be subject to adult pricing. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Park Hyatt Dubai of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. * Pets (small dogs and cats) are welcome at the hotel with maximum allowed in one room, is for three (3) furry friends, and provided that they weigh less than 12kg per pet and are fully trained. * Pet cleaning fee applies at AED 300 per pet, per stay, and an agreement must be signed upon check-in. * Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly room (Family Lagoon Beach Room only) and areas including Noepe, Jones the Grocer, and the Lakeview. * The guests need to bring the dogs passport containing recent vaccinations and kennel cough vaccine.
