Please DO NOT clear arrival immigration, as you will not be able to re-enter the restricted area again without a valid onward boarding pass.

Re-entry to restricted area is subject to airlines; check in counters opening hours which varies with the different airlines which passengers must check directly with the airlines for confirmation.

Upon arrival into Abu Dhabi, if you do not have your connecting flight boarding pass or if your bags are tagged to Abu Dhabi, please approach the airline transit counters for assistance and do not clear immigration.

Departure passengers from city: Please note that airlines; check in counters usually open 3 hours prior to flight departure unless otherwise advised by the airlines of which passengers must check directly with the airlines for confirmation. Do ensure you have sufficient time to utilize the hotel before reserving a room.

A valid Onward boarding pass within 24hrs from departure time (transit boarding pass – Departure flight from AUH) is mandatory for check-in
