She even took me on a hike and had her friend drive me around because I didn't have a car. Thank you Debbie for making my stay here feel like home. I recommend this place to any backpacker and wouldn't stay anywhere else whenever I visit Plattenburg. As for the accommodation itself, it's very clean and you have everything that you need.

Guests of the hostel can use the free barbecue facilities on site. Nice place to stay very well located close to the Tsitsikama hikes, the room was small but had all we needed. The private terrasse was very appreciated :) We did not get the chance to test the pool but people in it seemed to enjoy it
