The location is excellent — just a short walk from the Old Town and the river, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The hospitality was outstanding. Julie, Anne, and Emma were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. They arranged a free walking tour for us and also helped organise a coconut boat ride, which was so much fun and a real highlight of our trip. The breakfast was generous and delicious, the perfect start to each day. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay in Hoi An.

The location is good - everything is reachable, but the surroundings are not too crowded with tourists The staff is really helpful - when there was some difficulties with the room due to the heavy rain, they reacted very fast, and moved the guests with the room upgrade Breakfasts are simple, coffee is really strong
