I meant to stay for three nights but took two more because I had a flu/fewer on the first morning. The owner cooked me vietnamese breakfast and even brought me ginger and honey tea in the evenings. Even gave me some cinnamon tasting vietnamese medicine. Couldn't ask for more. On the fifth day the fewer was gone and got to leave to Phu Quoc with peaceful mind. She also helped with the futa-bus reservation and transportation to the bus station.

They booked my onwards travel for me and had the bus stop right at the homestay to pick me up. One of the women's English is very good, and the other is happy to communicate via Google Translate. They pointed me in the direction of good vegetarian food and were happy to answer any questions I had. The room was lovely, with views of the rice fields out a huge window. There was a lovely outdoor seating area with swings, a hammock, benches, and tables that also looked out over the rice field. The location was a ways outside the city, but the bus transfers you there for free, and it is right down the road from Tra Su Sanctuary. I loved it so much that I stayed an extra night, and the owners were nice enough to communicate with the next guests so that I could keep my room!
