Everything. Especially the vibe. The staff were lovely and very helpful at reception. Spoke fantastic English and provided a well priced scooter to get around the island. Icy cold AC in the rooms. Upstairs was a great communal area to meet cool people and have great chats. It’s a cool old Chinese style building. Really interesting people :) do yourself a favour and stay here

The location was perfect for me, opposite the boat but also close to lots of places to eat and there was a market on the doorstep in the morning which was really nice to wander through before I left.
The room had everything you could need including excercise equipment and games! Plus I slept really well

I really loved this place. It just made everyone chill out and take it easy. The main town 2 miles away may of been 100 miles away! There's a fantastic rear yard and kitchen to use with a nice big fridge for your beers. I rented my scooter from this hostel and I have to say they were amazing. I had a problem with my rear tyre.... Day after...new tyre in place!! Now that is fantastic service!

This is probably the BEST hostel I’ve stayed in. The staff are amazing and they have activities on every night. The free breakfast is great and they have vegan options. The beds are super comfy and the room is blackout so I slept incredibly. The location is great as well. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Phu Quoc was the best time of my Vietnam trip because of Lanas hostel.
The atmosphere is amazing. It is a true backpacker spirit and it is so easy to meet wonderful people and eat family dinners together.

Best hostel I have been in Vietnam. The beds are super comfi and everything is very clean. There is lots of space to hang around. Breakfast is cheap and really good! Duong, his wife and all the other stuff are super kind and helpful. We had 2 dinners at the hostel und Duong took us out for hotpot. I extended my stay because I liked it that much. I will definitely come back!

The bed was super super comfortable which was a great change to the hostels we stayed in before, the shared bathroom was very clean and they had shampoo and body wash in case needed, the kitchen had everything we needed and was tidy, water dispenser
