Rooms offer balconies with views of Cat Ba Bay or the city. The room was very comfortable, the position central, and the breakfast also nice. Toby at the reception desk has been of great help. His English is very good (definitely added value) and he helped us with precious advice during our stay. He even personally helped us not to miss our bus to Hanoi . Thanks Toby

At the hostel, rooms are equipped with a balcony with a city view. Booked a room here very quickly and late because I had no place to stay. Luckily, the family so kind even though I checked in late at night. They support everything quickly and conveniently, and can pay for everything when checking out. It's sad that I couldn't stay here longer because I had to leave the next day. Definitely stay here next time.

Central, nice staff, had the room for myself so maybe thats why I was very happy with the stay. In case the room is full I guess 1 bathroom its not enough.

I had such a great stay at Luna Hostel, it’s in a great location right in the middle of things and so it’s really convenient to get to the beach/ town. The restaurant downstairs is also very good and so was breakfast! The staff was so friendly and helpful, they seemed like very kind people. I would recommend and not hesitate to stay again!

Without a doubt, this is a place I would choose again. Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic and relaxing experience in Cat Ba.
