At first, I didn’t expect much due to the low number of reviews, but the experience completely changed my mind. Everything was spotlessly clean, hot shower and convenient are nice, especially dorm bed is the largest I ever stayed in, smelled great, and the atmosphere was pleasantly quiet. The staffs mr Kien and ms My Anh and ms Giang were incredibly kind and supportive. Although I had to park my scooter at a nearby market, they even helped by giving me a ride back to the hotel. At just over $5 per night, it’s an amazing value compared to other places. Highly recommended when you have a plan to come to Ha Noi

The host and his father were both very kind and welcoming! They even provided transportation from the airport, which was a huge help. I arrived quite late, and the host thoughtfully asked if I’d had dinner yet, offering to cook something for me. His father also took me to the market when I needed to pick up some food. These gestures went above and beyond what I expected, and I’m truly grateful for their hospitality. The house itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making me feel safe as a solo traveler.

Even after check out they allow us to keep our luggages and even offer us to use the toilet and towel. They arrange for an airport drop off for a reasonable price too.

The location is great and it’s easy to find with signage above to direct you! It was clean and they even packed a breakfast for me to take with me at 5am so I wouldn’t miss out!

I booked 2 nights and ended up extending for 2 more. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet, and there’s a nice little area downstairs to relax or meet other travelers. Not much of a kitchen but enough for snacks or coffee. Also liked that they changed the sheets after every guest – always a good sign.
