Its a social, but not a party hostel - which is exactly what I was looking for. The staff is great, especially the volunteers! I booked a female dorm, so I made some friends there. Speaking of, the bed was really comfy, with a lot of place to secure my stuff. Really like the bracelet system, so the key won't get lost. They're new, so they're doing a great job so far :)

Yes, it needs painting, there is mold. I had a room with a balcony, which was spacious, clean and had the best bed in Vietnam. Clean towels, close to everything, I recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here! My partner had his birthday whilst we were here and the staff surprised him with a cake. We had so much fun hanging out with the staff. They really put the ''home'' in homestay! We even came back and stayed again. The second time they organised a lovely dinner and drinks with us. We really hope their business will thrive because they absolutely deserve it. Facilities and location are good. And whenever something is missing or faulty they will fix it straight away. There is no doubt we will stay here again when we return to Hanoi.

Stay at this capsule hotel for a few nights and had a great experience. The capsules were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. Facilities like showers and lockers were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A very convenient and affordable option for short stays, would definitely stay again

Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Certainly the best shower I’ve had on that travel. Enjoyed the hot water and powerful showerhead. The staff was unbelievable helpful and friendly I dropped my wallet in the taxi, thanks to their great help I got it back.
