The staff here are extremely supportive and friendly whenever I need help. The first time I entered the room, I felt: oh this is one of the most spacious and comfortable hostels I have been to. New modern home stay. Very clean with good facilities and helpful staff :) I would stay here again. Good location in Hanoi in a slightly quieter part of the city but you can walk to the old quarter in 15 mins and there is lots of local food places and coffee shops.
