Overall the entire place is clean and comfortable. They have coin operated washing machines and dryer, if you do not want to bring too many clothes, can do laundry there. Wash NT20 per time, detergent NT10, Dryer NT10 10mins, NT20 for 30 mins. For female solo traveler will feel comfortable to stay here.

It was extremely clean, comfortable and safe, and in a fantastic location with great facilities. There was tea, coffee and snacks available in the morning, as well as Dyson hairdryers and umbrellas available to borrow and use. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody, in particular female solo travellers. This was my first solo trip and I could not have been happier with my accommodation.

The property is non-smoking and is located 300 metres from The Red House. This makes a fantastic budget base in Taipei. Located right in the popular Ximending tourist area, close to the metro, there are tons of shops and restaurants around. There's a convenient 7-Eleven across the street for any snacking needs. The bunk beds were comfortable, with curtains for privacy, and there was a good amount of storage space. The dorms were quiet and peaceful. The staff was polite and despite their limited English we were able to communicate. There is a small kitchen for basic food needs and the cafe area on the main floor is quaint. I didn't meet anyone during my stay and it's not a hotel conducive for that, but that wasn't my intention on this trip. Given the price and location, this is a good choice and I would return.
