Good location, very near rail station. Fairly spacious, especially the lounge area, A/C was good but a little noisy. Staff were great, friendly, chatty & very helpful, thank you. Dorm space ok. Beds ok, but rather thin mattress so quite hard. Clean enough, but kitchen could really do with an update. Rather scruffy and old & broken, but no to be able to cook albeit a very limited cooing utensils. Showers good. Quiet both hostel and area.

I accidentally left my belongings in the wrong room, and the staff truly helped me until I got into my actual room. The location is right in the center of Miaoli.
