Out of my entire two month trip in SEA this hostel was the best one I visited. The views are amazing, the common area is cozy (and they have hammocks), it’s super clean, and there are so many small thoughtful things that make all the difference. For example they offer free mosquito spray, sunscreen, aloe, snorkels, and even dry bags, to use during your stay. They also have cookies, fruit, coffee, tea, and toast. They even made the bed and provided fresh towels every day which was so nice, and not at all typical for a hostel. There are hooks and a cabinet (which can be locked if you have a padlock) in the beds, plenty of extra hangers, and even have stairs up to the top bunks rather than ladders which is really nice for people with mobility issues. Despite having 10 beds, the room was incredibly spacious and always temperate with air conditioning and a fan. They also have things like shower caps, shampoo AND conditioner, cotton buds, and other toiletries for use. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the little extra money for the comfort provided!

Everything is brand new. The water heaters for the showers are digital and work fantastically. Everything is tiled and clean. Brand new toilets for a brand new hostel. The beds are pods, giving incredible privacy. The mattress was comfortable. The best thing was the manager. He made me feel at home, offering me bread and cookies and coffee. Even when I felt uncomfortable because of sand from the beach, he said don't worry, it can be cleaned. There is hot and cold filtered water. Because of the structure of the pods, it's pretty isolated from outside noise, which is important on phi phi. The location is good, close to the centre but not in too crazy an area.

Place to be on Ko Phi Phi. Nice and clean rooms. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. but still calm. Easy to make new friends. Leo (the owner) has a natural talent to bring people together and makes everybody feel welcome. Highly recommend to stay here :)

The location is excellent—very close to the pier, the beach, and the bars, with a welcoming host. Despite being a small hostel, having two bathrooms is more than enough, so there's never a need to wait in line. The beds have thick curtains for privacy, and the lockers are spacious. The Wi-Fi is one of the best and most stable I’ve experienced in hostels across Thailand.
