The patio area is very relaxing with beautiful views of the mountains. Comfy seating areas and very comfortable beds. Clean rooms and toilet areas. The best thing was the air conditioning!! I actually moved from another hostel to this hostel because it had air conditioning - a must in the heat. The staff are very friendly and the location is good with just a short 10 minute walk into the centre. I didn't get any of the food but they offer smoothies, curries, rice dishes etc. as well as drinks. Lovely relaxed and chill atmosphere whilst also being sociable if you want to chat. I met some lovely people here but also enjoyed just sitting and reading by the pool to have some time alone. Can't recommend enough!!

Guest rooms at the accommodation include air conditioning and a safety deposit box. I stayed here 3 nights in total although I had booked for one because I really liked it. It is a very good place to land in Pai as it is just 5 minute walk from bus station and walking street. The place has a chill homey atmosphere. Its humble but really well taken care of, you can see the love in the little details. There is a lovely porch with hammocks to chill out, a living room, outdoor shower option which I super loved, a garden & a kitchen-which is not so obvious in thai hostels. The location is very practical and the owner is always ready to help, really chill guy. Took the time to explain me everything about the hostel. You can also rent motorbike here. The dorm room is very nice too. I had the 4 female dorm which is quiet roomy, has lockers and a mirror. Very cosy. Comfy beds. I really recommend 👌

At the hostel, all rooms are equipped with a wardrobe. With a shared bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, certain units at Ark Guesthouse also have a balcony. The units will provide guests with a fridge. The space is brand new refurbished and done so in a very modern beautiful way. The dorm size was exceptional, there was storage in the rooms and the bathroom. Privacy was good, communal areas were also great, each level had a balcony and places to hang outside the dorm. The location was also really great, just out of the main centre of Pai, next to a big green park that has a community Saturday market. With so much to do in Pai this was one of the best guesthouses I have stayed in that provided a relaxation space.

The vibes are absolutely immaculate with hammocks all around. First place on my Thailand trip I really didn’t want to leave, bonfires every night, they had a pizza oven and sometimes we all made dinner. The dogs are all amazing and add a happy vibe. The owners are absolutely amazing and I felt like I was a leaving a friend behind when I left. My next Thailand trip im coming to Pai just for this place 100 percent. The only thing I would recommend is having a motorbike because it’s a far walk
