Out of the chaos but still close enough to get anywhere comfortably. Moonlight, the owner, is the nicest lady, always ready to help in case you need anything. Really really good value for money. And a good variety of choices of accomodation: from Dorm, to single rooms with shared bathroom, from single rooms with private bathroom, to private bungalows. I recommend Ananas Hostel to anyone coming to Koh samui and looking for a little hidden gem, because that is what this hostel is.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It had all you need for comfortable stay. It was also cleaned by request during our long stay. Common kitchen well equipped, had mixer, microwave, toaster, rice cooker and gas stove with all utilities. I cooked breakfasts and sometimes even dinners there. Plenty areas where you can chill in common area. Good WiFi. Location is quiet and a bit distant from supermarkets, atm and exchange. But stuff was very accommodating and helped us with the ride for very friendly price. Also you can rent a scooter and it will be very convenient. There are few nice restaurants in a walking distance, beach is 400 meters from the place. It’s ok to swim in the evening, but in the morning time ebb tide is strong and you will need swimming shoes to go through line of stones to reach water. Overall we had great stay there.

Very clean and the nicest staff and owner ever. Also a nice kitchen and a chill common area, just felt like a little second home especially when staying longer :)

The owners are very friendly and kind. They assisted with everything. A friend had an accident with the scooter and they took care of everything. Laundry service available. Good position. Powerful A/C. They could provide better cloth storage or a mirror in the room in the future, but they just opened a month aho and i think they‘re coming up with that.

The place is right by the beach and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The staff were kind and always ready to help with anything. Great value for money and perfect for anyone looking for beachfront getaway. Highly recommended!
