I got four beds for the price of one. If other people are in the same situation, it explains why the hostel was so nice and quiet even though it was fully booked. I really had a good night here. Also the location was great.

The place is simple and easy to get. there's a lot of guests any time. a lilte bit crowd but the other hand is that the hostel is a place to start / finish your visit in the area. The Sauna is great and a big benefit.

The rooms were great, and very clean. Lotta’s artworks were beautiful and brightened the place up. The kitchen was excellent and the common areas were tastefully decorated. The view from our window looked out towards the river which was lovely.

A nice traveller hostel. It was great that I could leave the bag at a hostel before the actual check-in. Unfortunately it was just me in the room, I guess early june is still off season, so I didnt really meet any other travellers. The sauna was absolutely apectacular, such a homey feeling.

Appreciate the friendly and thoughtful communication to provide pre departure details for check in. Accommodation/ common area are spotless and comfortable. Great location in the Piteå for travelling in the north Nordic.

We had a great stay at Kuttainen Lodge! Lotta and her husband are really nice and welcoming hosts which made us feel right at home! They're actually renovating the town‘s old school to turn it into a hostel. The place also still has the charm of an old school, which we found quite entertaining. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view. We highly recommend Kuttainen Lodge for a unique and welcoming place to stay. We'd love to visit again!
