The location is literally 5-8 minutes from king Fahid gate in alharam. The staff was friendly and helpful , they kept our luggage safe till the check-in. The room services were checked daily although we were not available most of the day. The hotel is new and all the facilities are maintained well. The hotel is in the heart of the market, where the prices are cheap! Many malls are also near which have food courts, cafes and brands clothes.

Loved the shuttle bus that was always immediately ready to go Haram. The bus stop at Haram is safe since their line is at the edge of the bus area. The staff are friendly and always willing to help at any time. At the lobby of the hotel there is a lot of taxi's, so no worry when you need to catch the haramain train. A lot of restaurants and souvenir shops near by. Another plus is the cheap supermarket at the hotel. Masha Allah i love it.
