The beds were super cosy and comfy. Wifi great and nicely chilled water dispenser. I was feeling poorly so didn't manage to get to the bar or restaurant, but the bed was cosy enough to rest up in.

Though this hostel is freshly opened it has everything you need. The beds are great and are of decent size. The bathrooms are all clean and modern. Additionally Pugad hostel has a great location, everything is in walking distance. The staff was also super friendly and gave me advice on what to do and how to book it. I had overall a great stay.

What is special about this accommodation is the caretaker Rankin who is extremely welcoming and accommodating. He gave us advice about the beaches, restaurants and fishing spots. He introduced us to some of his friends and all of us spent an amazing evening hanging out. Due to all of this, this was one of the more memorable experience in the Philippines.
