I booked one night at The Millas Hostel to attend a concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. I was pleasantly surprised because the venue was just an 8-10 minute walk away, following a straight path with no turns. Although I didn’t spend much time at the hostel, I loved it; the ambiance was cozy and homey, just to my liking. I appreciated Madam Ligaya, the owner, who warmly welcomed and entertained me even though I arrived very early. Her son EJ, the manager, was also warm and kind. Their hospitality was top-notch, and my cousin and I even had a small chitchat with them. As a solo traveler both here and abroad, I can confidently say that Millas Hostel is among my top five favorite hostels worldwide. From their amenities to the complimentary breakfast, it’s really worth the stay. Millas Hostel will be my go-to place whenever I’m in Manila. If you’re a solo traveler or in a group attending a concert or simply exploring the city, this is the perfect haven. It’s accessible to public transport, convenience stores, restaurants, and more.

The dorm was super spacious, so much space for your luggage and everything, a big backpack fits easily in the locker, beds are comfy, bathroom was clean, beautiful rooftop and the staff is so nice and helpful with everything, will come again! And amazing location for cafes and restaurants.

Property is very new, less than a week old so it’s all nice and clean and functioning well. Onie is super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t download the local app to book a bike cos it needed a local verified number and Onie not only booked a bike for me to my destination, she also asked me to message her when I wanted to book a bike back to the hostel.

They were very accommodating from the get go. From our request to all stay in one room to allowing our friends to visit our room. The staff, both online and in person, were very nice and pleasing to deal with There were also a water dispenser at the lobby which was very nice IMO.
