One of the most luxurious hostels I stayed in - definitely was not expecting this level of care and attention to detail! Everything is meticulously clean comfortable, and dorms are fully equipped with AC, large lockers, curtains, plug sockets, reading light and they even provide you with slippers! The free coffee voucher for the coffee shop next door, as well as the complimentary lemonade on arrival really made this a 5-star stay. Not to mention the discount on massages!

Me and my boyfriend extended our stay here we liked it so much. It was in a great location and the owner and her partner were lovely as well as the other staff members. They were very accommodating offering tours, breakfast and washing. They offered great recommendations of things to do and places to eat.

Fab little place to stay in Moalboal. Small enough rooms but very comfortable. Super friendly owner who helped us book our canyoning trip. Not even 2 min walk to the sardines, don’t book a sardine tour, just rent a mask and snorkel and go in yourself you’ll see them everywhere! Would 1000% recommend this place

We have traveled a fair bit and this hostel is definitely in our top 5 best hostels we've ever stayed in, in South East Asia. The staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hostel offers a shuttle - we were able to get a ride to the motorbike rental place and to the bus stop when we were leaving Moalboal. Our private room was spacious, clean, and comfortable - the shower has hot water. It had many fine details that we appreciated. They offer to make up the room daily if you would like. The breakfast that is included is amazing! Honestly the best hostel experience for the price you pay. They also have a communal kitchen which was great for us to warm up the leftovers we may have had. There was also a water refill station and had Off! (bug-repellent lotion) for the guests to use, which was greatly appreciated! The overall grounds of the hostel are clean, and offer lots of places to sit, eat, chill or even work on a laptop. We also enjoyed chilling on the rooftop patio in the evening. The hostel also has 4 dogs that they take care of, which we hadn't experienced before. They probably won't let you pet them, but they're so cute and well taken care of. Pig Dive was a great place to stay in Moalboal - couldn't recommend it enough! 10/10

I spent 2 nights in Eskapo Verde and it was an amazing stay. Firstly, the hotel is really in the middle of nature. You will hear very little noise from the road and a lot of birds singing. The rooms and amenities are perfectly clean and very comfortable. The staff is professional and nice, as well as the owners. And last, the restaurant is wonderful ! As the hotel is a bit remote, you will need a scooter or tricycle to reach the town. But you can also stay to have your meal at the hotel. That's what I did and I loved it. They have a lot of vegetarian options. The dorms can fit 10 people, and it might feel a bit crowded when the place is fully booked BUT when I stayed there we were only 3 people, so it was luxurious ! There is no AC but I did not suffer from heat during the night. They offer as activity a tour in the mangrove, that I recommend.
