Kanuka Ridge Lodge " and Backpackers " The owner was super friendly and great to chat to, a really funny guy. The accommodation was clean and the veranda was lovely. There were loads of birds in the bushes. The veranda is shared but the people next to us weren’t a bother at all. Because there are only 8 cabins everything is really relaxed and quiet which is really nice. It is also only a short drive down to Marahau.

At the hostel, all rooms have air conditioning and a shared bathroom. Awesome hostel! Meg was amazing and super hospitable. The facilities were incredible with heaps of stuff to do and an awesome cinema room. Everything was clean and comfortable, would 100% recommend staying here.
