The property is non-smoking and is situated 45 km from Mt. Dobson. Modern, clean and comfortable. Great location on the beautiful lake. Staff were helpful and welcoming . Perfect stay for two nights for hiking we didn’t get to experience the observatory which is just next door as both nights were cloudy. The burger restaurant next door was fabulous but gets busy as it’s only small, but the other restaurants close by were also superb.

Free WiFi is provided and parking is available. The location is very good. The lounge is big so that you can spend time or cook or eat there. The staff is nice.

Staff is amazing and very helpful, I forgot something and they have been so patient helping me getting it back. Hostel itself had everything we needed, big kitchen/dining area very well equipped and clean bathrooms. Location is perfect, walking distance from everything. 10/10

Guests enjoy free parking and free WiFi in public areas. Nice idea of using an old prison as a hostel, this was a nice experience
